Memora Medic is a dedicated app for one clinical flow: the consultation is captured by a wearable bracelet, transcribed and organized by a Memora running locally at the clinic, reviewed by the clinician, and filed in the clinic's own CharmHealth account.

Memora Medic is not a general memory app adapted to medicine. It is the clinical edition of Memora, made exclusively for the consultation flow: capture, transcription, organization, review and filing — with a strict doctor mode that keeps only clinical consultations in scope.
The clinic's Memora runs on the clinic's own computer. The clinician reviews everything before anything is filed. Nothing reaches the chart unreviewed.
How it works
The wearable bracelet records the consultation at the clinic.
The Memora Medic app on the clinic's Android device receives the recording and sends it to the clinic's Memora.
Transcription and organization happen on the Memora running locally at the clinic — consultations only.
The clinician reads, edits and approves the visit note. The note is a draft until she signs off.
The approved note is filed in the clinic's own CharmHealth account — and its status is stamped in the Report.
The Report
The one screen that exists only in Memora Medic: the consultation Report. Visit by visit, most recent first, it shows exactly where each consultation stands — so nothing is ever lost between the room and the chart.
Clinical information lives in the clinic's own CharmHealth account, and the working Memora runs on the clinic's own computer. 12Brain does not keep the clinic's clinical information — we provide the tool; the data stays with the practice.
Memora Medic is currently in its validation phase with a pilot practice, testing the complete bracelet-to-chart flow in day-to-day care before wider release.
